These terms apply to all orders and use of adasoutlet.com. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to them.
Content on this site is provided for general information about the products we sell. We work to keep descriptions, specifications and images accurate, but manufacturers may change products without notice. Please confirm details that matter to your purchase with our team before ordering.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you by email to discuss options or issue a refund for that item.
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline or cancel any order, including orders with pricing or listing errors. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is accepted.
Quotes are provided on request and are valid for the period stated on the quote. For pricing on multiple items or locations, use our Request a Quote form.
Parcel-shipped items ordered online are paid in full at checkout through our secure checkout. Quote-only equipment shipped by freight is paid by wire transfer, ACH or another arranged method, as set out in your quote.
Shipping methods and handling are described on our Shipping page. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the carrier, except where applicable law states otherwise. Please inspect deliveries on arrival and note any damage on the carrier's receipt.
Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns policy.
Products carry a 1-year ADAS Outlet limited warranty; where the manufacturer provides longer coverage (e.g., 5-year parts on lifts), that manufacturer warranty also applies. Coverage terms, exclusions and the claims process are described on our Warranty page.
Software, updates and subscriptions are licensed by their publishers and subject to the publisher's license terms. Activation codes and renewals cannot be returned once delivered or activated.
The equipment we sell is intended for trained automotive professionals. Calibration and diagnostic procedures should follow the vehicle and equipment manufacturer's instructions.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product or order is limited to the amount paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to orders placed after it is published.
